The Timeless LIGHT!
Is a long time dream of Q.Latyfah. Its was put together as a step to solidify the possibilities of growing the ummah through the youth. This blog was launched in dec 2009 and has a fan page on facebook.
TTL is an avenue to encourage young Muslims to find creative ways to balance between islamic values and social matters.
How?
By discussing common issues, finding and sharing useful information and holding interactive session. On this blog, we share thoughts, resources, articles, pictures and videos from any topic, which we feel could benefit the ummah (community).

Our aims :
- Promote personal, career and social growth amongst young Muslims in Nigeria and beyond.
- Show Muslims there is a creative ways for them to express themselves in a halal (permissible) way.
- Promote modest Dress code- fashion/style guide for Muslims.
- Solving common and daily challenges of mixing modern ways and the tenet of Islam.
- Create a social and informal setting to make new friends and contacts in the professional arena.
The inspiration:
I had a thirst for somewhere I can talk, interact, foster friendship and share resources (business and personal growth) etc with open-minded Muslims, but its been a challenge. So going by the popular quote by Mahatma Gandhi “Be the change you want to see in the world”, so I thought … The Timeless LIGHT!
The promoter:
Q. Latyfah is a muslimah, who has soiled her hands with quite a number of skills- (a brand strategist, graphics designer, writer, motivator, start up business pal, social networking, internet marketer, photographer and the list goes on) . I have worked professionally for close to a decade, trying my best to balance my Islamic life with my social life.
Basically, Am just a open mined, strong willed, Nigerian girl that want to pass on, The timeless LIGHT
The name The timeless LIGHT- is a simple an expression of how i see the Almighty.
I hope that you find this site informative and beneficial.
